Donate Money for Operating Costs

Dr. Moises Simpser VACC Camp accepts donations to help cover the costs of the camp.
For example, your donations can help cover:

• Campsite rental: $1,900
• Provisions: $4,500 - $6,000
• T-Shirts: $3,000 - $4,000
• Decoration: $250 - $1,000

You can contribute directly to the Dr. Moises Simpser VACC Camp Fund via the Nicklaus Children's Hospital Foundation, the fundraising arm of Nicklaus Children's Hospital.

Remember to choose Ventilation Assisted Children's Center (VACC) as the designated fund.

Donate Home Care Equipment and Supplies

Donate home care equipment, loan equipment such as:

• back-up vents
• suction machine and batteries
• oxygen
• catheters
• saline

Sponsor an Activity

Your donations can help cover expenses related to camp activities. Special activities sponsorships cost the following:

• Transportation: $4,000
• Pool fees: $400 - $500
• Arts & Crafts supplies: $500 - $1,500
• Carnival night prizes: new toys, new games, and any dollar amount.

 

 

Sponsor Food Fun

You may choose to donate to help pay for food during camp. Example of food costs:

• Field trip lunch: $3,000 - $4,000
• Parents dinner out: $750 - $1,250
• Carnival night, pizza & sodas: $ 500.00 - $700
